Cassandra D. Wright

Over the years I  have worn several hats – including that of a wife, freelance writer, journalist, mother, homeschool parent – and continue to wear most of them.

Each role teaches me many things such as how to be a help-mate to my husband;  parenting; preparing healthy, allergen-free meals; and creating a less chemically-laden, loving, nurturing home.

All of these experiences have led me to pursue the path of high quality living. Along the way, I realized that our health and our home’s health greatly affect our quality of life and that there is a direct correlation between that quality and life’s fulfillment.

As I travel this path, I invite you to come along with me as I share what I am learning about living a fulfilling life. I hope it proves to be as exciting and adventurous a journey for you as it is for me.
